Inspect seams around the waistband, armholes, and crotch. Ask for test reports covering colorfastness, fiber content, and fabric performance. These details reveal whether the supplier understands activewear production or simply resells capacity.

Communication is equally important. Send a technical specification sheet with measurements, tolerances, fabric weight, color references, and packaging requirements.
